Bail Bonds Service in Euless, TX

A Way Out Bail Bonds posts bonds around the clock for families in Euless, Texas, a Tarrant County city where an arrest can end up in one of two very different places. Most people arrested by the Euless Police Department are booked into the Euless City Jail at 1102 W. Euless Blvd., while arrests on the south side of DFW International Airport go through the airport’s own Department of Public Safety before moving to a county jail. We write felony, misdemeanor, DWI, warrant and traffic bonds for Euless arrests under Tarrant County Bail Bond License #218, with bonds underwritten by United States Fire Insurance Company. Our agents have more than 35 years in Tarrant County bail bonds, answer live 24 hours a day, speak Spanish, and offer payment plans, low down payment options and no credit check. Call our Tarrant County line at 817-261-2828 and we will confirm where your family member is and what it takes to bring them home. Read what Tarrant County families say about A Way Out Bail Bonds.

About Bail Bonds in Euless, TX

Euless sits in the middle of the Mid-Cities, and its arrest patterns follow its highways and its airport. The city covers roughly 16 square miles in northeast Tarrant County, and the 2020 census counted 61,032 residents. State Highway 183 (Airport Freeway) runs through the center of town, State Highway 360 forms the eastern edge, and a large slice of DFW International Airport lies inside the city limits. That combination produces steady traffic-stop warrant arrests, DWI arrests along SH-183 and SH-360 and around Glade Parks, and airport arrests ranging from public intoxication at the terminals to warrant hits at the entry gates.

Euless is also one of the most diverse cities in Tarrant County, home to one of the largest Tongan communities in the United States along with large Hispanic and Nepalese populations. Families here often need the process explained in plain language, sometimes in Spanish, and sometimes to relatives calling from another state or country. Our agents do that every week.

What is magistration?

Magistration is the first hearing after an arrest, where a magistrate reads the charge, advises the defendant of their rights, reviews the Public Safety Report required by Texas law and sets the bond amount and any conditions of release. Texas requires this hearing within 48 hours of arrest. At the Euless City Jail, magistration is what turns “arrested” into “eligible for bond,” and it is the point at which our agent can act. Our How Bail Bonds Work page walks through the rest of the process.

Which Jail Will Someone Arrested in Euless Be Taken To?

A person arrested by Euless police is booked into the Euless City Jail at 1102 W. Euless Blvd., Euless, TX 76040, inside the Euless Police Department building. The jail’s custody line is 817-685-1577 (a second line, 817-685-1576, is also published). Euless does not post an online inmate roster, so calling the jail or calling us is the way to confirm that someone is there. Bonds for Class A and B misdemeanors and felonies are filed with Tarrant County, and anyone not bonded out of Euless within a short window is transferred to the Tarrant County Corrections Center, 100 N. Lamar St., Fort Worth, TX 76196, where the Bond Desk is open 24 hours and inmate information is at 817-884-3000.

Here is the typical path, based on the Euless Police Department jail page and the Tarrant County Sheriff’s Office:

  • Arrest by Euless police. The officer transports the person to 1102 W. Euless Blvd. for booking: fingerprints, photograph, property inventory and a check for other warrants.
  • Holding at the Euless City Jail. The jail operates 24 hours a day. After booking, the detainee is allowed a limited number of free calls, which is usually when a family first hears what happened.
  • Magistration. A magistrate sees Euless detainees in person or by video, generally once a day, and sets the bond. Class C offenses can be resolved at the jail with a fine payment or cash bond.
  • Bond posted with Tarrant County. Our agent files the surety bond for the Tarrant County case and provides the paperwork to the Euless jail, which verifies it and begins release.
  • Release from Euless, or transfer to Fort Worth. If a bond is posted while the person is still in Euless, they walk out at 1102 W. Euless Blvd. If not, Euless transports them to the Tarrant County Corrections Center, where booking starts over and release takes longer.

DFW Airport arrests are a separate track.

The airport has its own police force, the DFW Airport Department of Public Safety, and its own holding facility at 2900 E. 28th St. near the center of the airport, phone 972-973-3533. Detainees are held there briefly and then moved to a county jail. Because the airport is divided between Tarrant County and Dallas County, the receiving jail depends on where on the property the arrest happened. A Way Out is licensed in both counties, so we post the bond whether the case lands in Fort Worth or Dallas.

Class C and Euless Municipal Court Matters

Fine-only Class C cases such as traffic tickets, city ordinance violations and minor alcohol offenses go to the Euless Municipal Court, phone 817-685-1460, open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The court is normally housed at 1102 W. Euless Blvd., but during city building construction it has temporarily relocated to 825 Thousand Oaks Dr., Suite B, Hurst, TX 76054, according to the Euless Municipal Court page. Confirm the location before you go. An active Euless municipal warrant can often be resolved by paying the fine, posting a cash bond or, where the judge permits, posting a surety bond through a licensed bondsman. We can explain which option the court is accepting.

Bail Bond Services We Offer in Euless

Our Euless bail bond service covers every charge that comes through the Euless City Jail, the DFW Airport DPS holding facility and the Tarrant County Corrections Center.

Felony Bail Bonds in Euless

Felony cases from Euless are prosecuted in the Tarrant County Criminal District Courts at the Tim Curry Criminal Justice Center, 401 W. Belknap St., Fort Worth, and bond amounts are set individually at magistration. We write felony bonds for drug possession, aggravated assault, burglary, felony theft, weapons charges and felony DWI, including bonds that require collateral or more than one co-signer. Details are on our Types of Bail Bonds page.

Misdemeanor Bail Bonds in Euless

Class A and Class B misdemeanors account for most Euless bookings: assault causing bodily injury, possession of marijuana, theft, criminal trespass and driving with an invalid license. These bonds are set quickly at magistration, and when we post before the transfer to Fort Worth the release happens from Euless the same day.

DWI and DUI Bail Bonds in Euless

Airport Freeway and SH-360 carry heavy late-night traffic, and Euless police work DWI enforcement along both. A first DWI is a Class B misdemeanor in Texas, and the magistrate may order an ignition interlock as a bond condition. Our DWI and DUI bail bonds page explains what happens after a DWI arrest and how conditions affect release.

Warrant Bail Bonds in Euless

Many Euless arrests begin as a traffic stop that turns up an old warrant, sometimes from another county. We post bonds on outstanding Tarrant County and Dallas County warrants and can arrange a walk-through, where the person surrenders at a scheduled time with the bond already prepared and leaves the same day.

Traffic and Class C Bonds in Euless

For Euless Municipal Court warrants and other Class C matters we explain what the court currently accepts and post a surety bond where permitted. See our traffic ticket bail bonds page for the specifics.

How the Bail Process Works in Euless

The process from your first call to release from the Euless City Jail follows six steps.

  • Call 817-261-2828. Tell us the person’s full name, date of birth, the arresting agency (Euless PD or DFW Airport DPS) and the charge if you know it. We answer live 24 hours a day.
  • We locate the person and confirm the bond. We call the Euless jail custody line, and if needed the airport and the Tarrant County inmate line, to confirm where the person is and whether a bond has been set. If magistration has not happened yet, we prepare the paperwork in advance.
  • Co-signer paperwork. The co-signer, also called the indemnitor, signs the bond agreement and provides identification. This is done by phone, fax or email in most cases, or a mobile agent meets you in Euless.
  • We post the bond. Our agent files the surety bond for the Tarrant County case and delivers the bond paperwork to the Euless City Jail (or, after a transfer, to the Tarrant County Bond Desk at 100 N. Lamar St.).
  • Release processing. Euless verifies the bond and releases the defendant. Release from the city jail is generally quicker than from the county, where bonds join a queue that can run several hours on weekend nights. We tell you what to expect based on the time of day and where the person is.
  • Court reminders. We provide every court date to the defendant and the co-signer and check in before each one. Appearing at every setting keeps the bond in good standing until the case closes.

Two changes in Texas law affect how bail is set. Senate Bill 6, the Damon Allen Act, in effect since December 2021, requires the magistrate to review a Public Safety Report before setting bail and prohibits personal bonds for certain violent charges. Proposition 3, approved by Texas voters on November 4, 2025, allows a judge to deny bail in defined violent and sexual felony cases when the state proves its case by clear and convincing evidence. Neither change affects the typical Euless arrest, a misdemeanor or non-violent felony with bail set in the usual way. The Texas Justice Court Training Center publishes a plain-language summary.

Affordable Bail Bonds in Euless: Payment Options

Paying the bondsman’s fee instead of the full bail amount is what makes release possible for most Euless families, and we structure that fee around what you can manage.

  • Payment plans. Installment arrangements are available on many bonds so release does not wait on a single payment.
  • Low down payment options. A qualified co-signer can often start the release with a smaller initial amount.
  • No credit check. Approval depends on the charge, the defendant’s record and the co-signer, not on a credit score.
  • Co-signer options. Family members can share responsibility for the bond, and a co-signer does not have to live in Euless or even in Texas.
  • Collateral only when needed. Most misdemeanor bonds require none. When collateral is required we explain what qualifies and how it is returned.
  • Many ways to pay. Major credit cards, American Express, Western Union, personal checks and cash in some situations, with payment at the jail available.
  • Written agreement. Every term appears in writing before you sign.

Our bail payment options page has more detail. If cost is what is stopping you from calling, call anyway and let us walk through the options.

Local Knowledge: Euless Courts, Districts and Rules

Euless arrests cluster along three corridors. Airport Freeway (SH-183) is the busiest, with the hotels, bars and restaurants between Industrial Boulevard and Main Street drawing DWI and disorderly conduct enforcement. SH-360 on the east side generates traffic-stop warrant arrests, especially near the SH-183 interchange. Glade Road on the north side, including the Glade Parks shopping and dining district, is the third area, with retail theft and DWI cases. The Trinity Railway Express CentrePort/DFW Airport station just south of the city is another point where transit and airport officers make warrant arrests.

Court matters for Euless arrests split by charge level:

  • Class C (fine-only): Euless Municipal Court, 817-685-1460, Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Normally at 1102 W. Euless Blvd., temporarily at 825 Thousand Oaks Dr., Suite B, Hurst, TX 76054, during construction.
  • Class A and B misdemeanors: Tarrant County Criminal Courts at the Tim Curry Criminal Justice Center, 401 W. Belknap St., Fort Worth, TX 76196.
  • Felonies: Tarrant County Criminal District Courts, also at the Tim Curry Criminal Justice Center.
  • DFW Airport arrests booked into Dallas County: Dallas County criminal courts at the Frank Crowley Courts Building, 133 N. Riverfront Blvd., Dallas, TX 75207.

One quirk families do not expect: during the current construction the Euless Municipal Court is operating from a Hurst address, so a Euless Class C case may be handled at a desk in a different city. The jail itself has not moved. If you reach the wrong office, call us and we will point you to the right one.

Response Time to Euless

Our office at 633 W. Division St., Suite A, Arlington, TX 76011, is about 12 miles from the Euless City Jail, roughly a 20-minute drive north on SH-360 in normal traffic. The Tarrant County Corrections Center at 100 N. Lamar St. in Fort Worth is about 20 miles away, roughly 25 to 30 minutes, and DFW Airport DPS headquarters is about 15 miles, roughly 25 minutes. Because we handle most paperwork by phone, fax or email and work the Tarrant County Bond Desk daily, the drive rarely determines how fast a bond is posted. A mobile agent can meet you in Euless if you prefer to sign in person. Drive times are approximate and vary with traffic.

Frequently Asked Questions About Euless Bail Bonds

Where is the Euless jail located?

The Euless City Jail is inside the Euless Police Department at 1102 W. Euless Blvd., Euless, TX 76040. The custody line is 817-685-1577. The jail operates 24 hours a day and holds people arrested by Euless police until they are bonded out or transferred to the Tarrant County Corrections Center in Fort Worth. Euless does not publish an online inmate list, so call the jail or call us to confirm someone is there.

Where are people arrested at DFW Airport taken?

DFW Airport arrestees are taken first to the DFW Airport Department of Public Safety holding facility at 2900 E. 28th St. on airport property, phone 972-973-3533. From there they are transferred to the county jail for the county in which the arrest occurred, either Tarrant County in Fort Worth or Dallas County in downtown Dallas, because the airport straddles the county line. A Way Out is licensed in both counties and can post the bond at either jail.

Do you have Spanish-speaking bail agents for Euless?

Yes. Se habla espanol. Our bilingual agents explain the bond agreement, court dates and the co-signer’s obligations in Spanish and review the paperwork with you in Spanish before you sign. Many of our Euless calls come from family members who prefer to handle the process in Spanish.

What does a co-signer agree to?

A co-signer, or indemnitor, promises that the defendant will attend every court date. If the defendant fails to appear and cannot be located, the co-signer becomes responsible for the full bond amount and any costs of locating the defendant. We reduce that risk by sending both the defendant and the co-signer every court date in advance.

Is the bail bond fee refundable?

No. The fee a bondsman charges is payment for posting the bond and is not returned when the case ends, whether the charge is dismissed or not. Paying full cash bail directly to Tarrant County is refundable at the end of the case, less court costs, but requires the entire bail amount up front, which is why most families choose a surety bond.

Can you post a bond on a weekend or holiday in Euless?

Yes. We answer the phone and post bonds 24 hours a day, every day, including holidays. The Euless City Jail books and releases around the clock, and the Tarrant County Bond Desk is open 24 hours. What changes on a weekend is magistration timing: a person arrested late Saturday may wait for the next scheduled session, and we tell you when that is expected.

What happens if the defendant misses a court date?

The court can order the bond forfeited and issue a warrant for the defendant’s arrest. Call us right away if that happens. In many cases we can arrange for the defendant to appear voluntarily and ask the court to set aside the forfeiture and reinstate the bond, which is far simpler than dealing with a new arrest.
